Overview
Marvel at the workings of the Appleton Estate, a rum distillery that’s known for creating one of the world’s smoothest and most sought-after rums. As you arrive at the estate you’ll be served a welcome cocktail before watching a short video of the centuries old rum making process in a state of the art theatre. Next you’ll get to sample fresh sugarcane juice as you watch a live demonstration of the traditional method of extracting the juice from the raw cane. Then learn about the unique distillation process and visit one of the barrel houses where the rums are aged to perfection. You’ll then get to enjoy the finished product as you sample three different Appleton Estate blends; the Signature Blend, the Reserve Blend and the Rare Blend. End your day by having a delicious local lunch or by shopping for souvenirs and craft items. Get ready to have a rum-tastic time!
