Our wedding arrangement services cater for an intimate gathering for a few close friends and family or a large wedding celebration with multiple attendants and an extended guest list. Intimate destination weddings are our specialty. Our professional staff will handle all the necessary paperwork and arrangements, including a minister.

Minister/Marriage Officer
Pastors of most churches and all priests are licensed officers. If you need information, please call us.

Required Documentation
The minister or marriage officer will need the following to make an application for your marriage license:
- A copy of birth certificates serves as proof of citizenship.
- Certified divorce papers or a certified death certificate, if applicable (if not certified, it must be notarised).
- If you are under 21 years old, you must have notarised parental consent.
- There is a fee of US$600 for a blessing and US$900 for the full ceremony with all documents and licensing.
- All legal documents must be in English or legally translated into English. All translated documents must be from a legal translator with letterhead, a stamp, and a seal from the translator's office.
When to Hold the Ceremony
We recommend scheduling the ceremony close to sundown with the reception starting under the beautiful Jamaican sunset and growing into a romantic candlelight evening. Winter months, sunset is around 5:30 PM, so schedule your ceremony for 5:00 PM. In summer months, sunset is around 6:30 but as Jamaican law requires that marriages take place before 6:00 PM, schedule your ceremony for no later than 5:30 PM!
Important Information
Also include both applicants' full names and occupations, status (single/divorced/widowed), date and time of the wedding, fathers' full names, name of villa or venue where the ceremony will take place, and proposed length of stay in Jamaica. The process takes approximately six (6) weeks. All documents must be sent to our Wedding Concierge at least thirty (30) days prior to your wedding date. You can EMAIL or FedEx these directly to your Wedding Concierge.
Floral Arrangement
For specific blossoms for corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets, decorations and centerpieces, we order these through a local florist.
